TBI and SCI Projects - The Rehabilitation Research Center (RRC) for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) conducts research to better understand and improve outcomes after TBI and SCI. Outcomes studied include the functional, vocational, and life satisfaction areas that are important to people with and without disabilities.  The RRC strives to meet the needs of injured persons and their families for information, education, and support. The RRC is located at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, California.

Think First Foundation - This is a Canadian organization dedicated to educating children and teens about the prevention of brain and spinal cord injuries.  Their goals are to promote safe behavior through educational materials, public service announcements, and reinforcement materials, encourage healthy public policy regarding injury prevention, conduct research in the causes of injury and on the effectiveness of our injury prevention programs, and develop new initiatives and programs to reach the community with the Think First prevention message.
